ExplosionBlock — Stableソフト
Stableソフト(以下「当社」といいます。)は、当社が提供するアプリケーション ExplosionBlockおよび関連サービス(以下「本サービス」といいます。)における利用者情報の 取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー(以下「本ポリシー」といいます。)を定めます。
1. 取得する情報
本サービスでは、利用者の氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス等の個人を直接特定できる情報の入力を求めません。
ただし、お問い合わせフォームまたはメールを通じてお問い合わせをいただく場合、返信および対応のために、 お問い合わせ内容、入力された氏名またはニックネーム、メールアドレス等を取得する場合があります。
また、本サービスでは広告配信のため、Google AdMob を利用します。Google AdMob は、広告配信、広告効果測定、 不正利用防止等の目的で、広告識別子、端末情報、アプリ利用情報等を取得する場合があります。
2. 利用目的
当社は、取得した情報を以下の目的で利用します。
- 本サービスの提供、維持、改善のため
- アプリの不具合確認および品質改善のため
- 広告配信および広告効果測定のため
- 不正利用、不正アクセス、セキュリティ上の問題の防止のため
- お問い合わせへの対応のため
- 法令または規約に基づく対応のため
3. 広告配信について
本サービスでは、第三者配信の広告サービスである Google AdMob を利用します。
Google AdMob は、利用者に適した広告を表示するため、広告識別子、端末情報、アプリ利用情報等を使用する場合があります。
Google AdMob により取得される情報、利用目的、第三者提供の有無等については、Google のプライバシーポリシーおよび Google AdMob 関連の説明をご確認ください。

4. アクセス解析・クラッシュ解析について
本サービスでは、現時点で Firebase Analytics 等のアクセス解析サービス、および Firebase Crashlytics 等の クラッシュ解析サービスは利用していません。
今後これらのサービスを導入する場合には、本ポリシーを改定し、利用するサービス名、取得される情報、利用目的等を明記します。
5. ログイン機能について
本サービスには、ユーザー登録、ログイン機能、アカウント作成機能はありません。
6. スコア・ゲームデータについて
本サービスにおけるハイスコア、ミュート設定、プレイ回数等のゲームデータは、原則として利用者の端末内に保存されます。
当社は、これらの情報を外部サーバーに保存しません。
ただし、広告配信に関連して、Google AdMob が広告配信、広告効果測定、不正利用防止等の目的で情報を取得する場合があります。
7. 第三者提供
当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者本人の同意なく、個人情報を第三者に提供しません。
ただし、広告配信のために利用する Google AdMob 等の第三者サービスにおいて、当該サービス提供事業者が情報を取得する場合があります。 この場合、取得された情報は各事業者のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。
8. 情報の管理
当社は、取得した情報について、漏えい、滅失、毀損、不正アクセス等を防止するため、合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。
ただし、インターネット通信、アプリケーション、外部サービスの利用において、完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。
9. 情報の保存期間
当社は、取得した情報を、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で保存します。
お問い合わせに関する情報は、対応完了後も、再対応、品質改善、トラブル防止のため、一定期間保存する場合があります。
不要となった情報は、合理的な方法により削除または匿名化します。
10. 未成年者の利用について
未成年者が本サービスを利用する場合は、保護者の同意を得たうえで利用してください。
当社は、未成年者から個人情報を意図的に取得することを目的として本サービスを提供するものではありません。
11. Cookie、広告識別子等について
本サービスでは、広告配信のために広告識別子等が利用される場合があります。
利用者は、端末の設定により、広告識別子のリセットやパーソナライズ広告の制限を行うことができる場合があります (Android の場合：設定 → Google → 広告)。
12. 外部リンクについて
本サービスまたは当社 Web サイトには、外部サイトへのリンクが含まれる場合があります。
外部サイトにおける個人情報の取扱いについて、当社は責任を負いません。各外部サイトのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
13. 本ポリシーの変更
当社は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。
変更後の内容は、当社 Web サイトまたは本サービス内に掲載した時点で効力を生じるものとします。
重要な変更を行う場合には、合理的な方法により利用者へ通知します。

Stable Soft (“we”, “us”, or “our”) establishes this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) regarding the handling of user information in the application ExplosionBlock and its related services (the “Service”).
1. Information we collect
The Service does not ask you to enter personally identifying information such as your name, address, phone number, or email address.
However, if you contact us through our inquiry form or by email, we may receive the content of your inquiry, the name or nickname you provide, and your email address in order to respond.
The Service uses Google AdMob to deliver advertising. Google AdMob may collect an advertising identifier, device information, and app-usage information for the purposes of ad delivery, ad measurement, and fraud prevention.
2. Purpose of use
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- To investigate defects and improve quality
- To deliver and measure advertising
- To prevent fraud, unauthorized access, and security issues
- To respond to inquiries
- To comply with laws and terms
3. Advertising
The Service uses the third-party advertising service Google AdMob. AdMob may use an advertising identifier, device information, and app-usage information to show relevant ads.

4. Analytics and crash reporting
The Service currently does not use analytics services (e.g., Firebase Analytics) or crash-reporting services (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics). If we adopt such services, we will revise this Policy to state the service name, the data collected, and the purpose.
5. No login
The Service has no user registration, login, or account creation.
6. Score and game data
Game data such as your high score, mute setting, and play count is stored on your device and is not stored on our servers. In connection with advertising, Google AdMob may collect information as described above.
7. Provision to third parties
Except as required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent. However, third-party services used for advertising (such as Google AdMob) may collect information, which is handled under each provider’s own privacy policy.
8. Data security
We take reasonable security measures to prevent leakage, loss, damage, or unauthorized access to information. However, we cannot guarantee complete security over internet communications, applications, or external services.
9. Retention period
We retain information only as long as necessary to achieve the purposes of use. Inquiry-related information may be retained for a period after resolution for follow-up, quality improvement, and dispute prevention. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymized by reasonable means.
10. Minors
Minors should use the Service with the consent of a guardian. We do not provide the Service for the purpose of intentionally collecting personal information from minors.
11. Cookies and advertising identifiers
Advertising identifiers may be used for ad delivery. You may reset your advertising identifier or limit ad personalization through your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads).

The Service or our website may contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for the handling of personal information on external sites; please review their privacy policies.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may revise this Policy as necessary. Revisions take effect when posted on our website or within the Service. For significant changes, we will notify users by reasonable means.
